The distance from Moi International Airport, Mombasa is approximately 23 Kilometers. Delegates are expected to make their own travel arrangements.

Delegates must report and clear with the NCIA help desk before checking in with the hotel. Delegates MUST also have their identification name tags on at all times during the conference sessions and all meal times to enable swift coordination during the conference.

The Centre has partnered with the Department of Immigration of Kenya for ease of issuance of visas for the conference participants. The visa regimes are provided for under the Fifth Schedule and are divided in categories1,2,3 as follows;
Category 1-Do not require Visa
Category 2- May get Visa on arrival.
Category 3- Need to apply Visa in advance.
Kindly note that under category 3(referred visas);
★All African countries were removed ,save for Somalia, Eritrea and Libya.
Yemen , which previously fell under category 2 was added to the list.
